Ekta Goel is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (ICAI) since 2018 and also post graduate in commerce. She has been conducting Statutory & Tax audit, Internal audit of large & medium scale Limited Companies, Carrying out Bank Audits and providing services in the fields of accounts, Income Tax & Company Law matters. She has also completed Certification Course of GST and Concurrent Audit conducted by the ICAI.

CA Harsh Mittal( ACA, M.com., B.Com.,)
Harsh joined our team as the Head of Accounting Services in July 2023. He is a Qualified Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of extensive experience which includes working with Big4 firms and other global companies such as Deloitte, EY and Genpact.
He is specialised in US Accounting Standards Codification, US GAAPs, SEC compliance requirements and Federal & State laws. He is managing a large team of accountants and bookkeepers covering variety of clients from Individuals to Corporates in different states of US. He is well-versed with the Quick books, Xero, Zoho, Net suite, SAP and other accounting software widely used across the globe.

In his free time, he loves to play different sports, watch stand-up comedy shows and loves to travel with family & friends.
CS Prachi Aggarwal (ACS, MBA, LLB, B.com)
CS Prachi Aggarwal became a member of The Institute of Companies Secretary of India in 2012 and has a working experience of 12+ years in the field of compliances related to companies, FSSAI, and Income tax consultants. She is very prompt and courteous at providing any assistance and services. She puts in a lot of effort to achieve the common vision and larger goals of the firm. She is Chairperson of The NIRC Dehradun Chapter of ICSI and she is a regular speaker in various training programs.
CMA Shubham Gupta (CMA, B.com.)
CMA Shubham Gupta is graduated from Delhi University in 2015 and became the member of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India in 2019. He has done his industrial training from RITES Ltd. and has a wide experience working with different industries. He is expert in Budgeting and analytical skills and also is expert in MIS reporting. He also has working experience of SAP FICO Module.

A multi-industry financial and strategic leader, with over 20 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance and Operations, he helped companies increase productivities & efficiencies via financial modelling, establishing & monitoring KPI’s and driving strategy & success through the development of well thought out, aggressive, and achievable budgets and forecasts.
He has built, mentored and led teams across multiple continents.
His areas of expertise include but not only limited to Working with network of banks to fund growth of business, Mergers and Acquisitions, Finance Management and Operations, Strategic Planning and Analysis, Forecasting and Financial Modeling, Implementing FP&A BI Platforms, Capital Expenditure Budgeting and Business Evaluations and KPIs.

He has a wide experience of almost 25 years in the field of commerce, Finance and business. He has strong exposure and understanding of business strategy planning and implementation. He has a working experience with diverse groups like Jubilant Energy, Dabur Pharma Ltd. CA Praveen Aggarwal is a CFO with ArcelorMittal Group. He is our Mentor and guides us in our day to day new business strategy.
